Staff was great, they picked us up from the ap as we arrived late and were unfamiliar with the location- tho as other reviewers state it really is an easy 7 minute walk (we timed it the next day). We enjoyed a quiet night and woke well rested. They prepared us a nice breakfast of eggs, bacon, bread, juice coffee...asked if we'd had enough to eat and genuinely made sure we were satisfied. The restaurant and patio are quite pleasant.

When we asked where to find a pharmacy, one of the employees proposed to take us to the pharmacy himself, and so he did it) Good location especially for those who fly by plane or just passing Zagreb during their trip to the sea side or to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Good location near the airport - you can go on foot if you have a reasonable amount of luggage. Cosy small rooms with everything you might need for an overnight stay, quiet street and a bar in the lobby allow to relax while waiting for your next flight. Location was very close to airport about 10 mins easy walk with wheeled bags, good food at restaurant, breakfast cooked to order which was fabulous, staff excellent. Facilities old but very clean and good value for an overnighter close to airport. The location was execllent for my purpose (2 km from airport). The breakfast was much better than expected for this level of accomodation (with cook preparing ommelettes on request). In the rooms you have 2 nightlights for each guest separately. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were even lilacs on the outdoor cafe tables. The location was perfect for an early morning flight from the airport. You can walk to the airport! The owner was phenomenal. He helped us get to the train station, let us leave our vehicle there for three nights and then picked us up at the airport at midnight. It was very clean and comfortable. For shaving, if you are 1.8 tall and above, you will find it hard to stand in front of the mirror. The bathroom could use a update. Shower took a long time to get hot, and when it did it was only a trickle. Need signage on actual building. rooms are very dark and in need of facelift. Facitilies in the toilet could been cleaner. Nothing, really. It's not modern, but comfy. Room is small, look aged, very basic fitting. If your intention is to visit Zagreb old town, there should be better place. Smoking outside drifted up into our room. Bed too short with solid head/foot boards. Place a bit worn and could stand some updating. Staff played games with currency rates. Room was small with no headroom, sloping ceiling. Old and worn.
