  I stayed in this small warm hotel second year in a row during the August Summer Jazz festival. Staff is very friendly, supportive, all of them speak more languages. Air-conditioned rooms are very clean and designed with respect of ancient Istrian old houses. I also like free wi-fi. I would also recommend the cuisine: they have tasty domestic Istrian food and great wines. Everything is great in this Hotel - La Grisa is gorgeous small boutique hotel, perfect for a stay while exploring Istria. Hotel’s location is more than convenient – close to the parking place and on the entrance of the old city of Bale. Rooms are decorated with a lot of style and bathrooms are spacious. Breakfast is rich and tasteful. During the evening U can enjoy nice glass of vine and eat lovely food on the hotel terrace.   This gem of a hotel deserves to be booked solid for the season. Katerina, the owner, has designed a delightful, elegant, luxury boutique hotel with a mere nine rooms, and current prices are a snip! The rooms are beautiful, and everything is of the highest quality - bathroom fittings, furnishings, drapes, tableware etc. The restaurant produces gour... vad folk säger » met food at most reasonable prices. This hotel has our highest possible recommendation. - To put it in one word: amazing. Very attentive and kind staff - helpful but at the same time discreet. Rooms are large and luxurious with all the possible "smart" functions. Restaurant is excellent both for fish and meat (amazing beef carpaccio with fresh truffles). Small, cosy spa area with everything you might need for a couple - it costs extra but it is well worth of the small extra charge. Istria at its best. Highly recommended.

  This is a typical and the best of "casino style" hotels. Yes, I could move in tomorrow as I think the smallest room is bigger than my flat, with all the gold you can wish for. Extreme luxury, comfort, good food and excellent staff. Views are gorgeous and there is plenty to spoil yourself with.
