Fantastic rooms, clean and spacious with an amazing sea view from the balcony. Lovely pool and plenty of loungers by the sea. Good bars, although we found the cocktails were better at the seafront bar. Plenty of choice at breakfast with sparkling wine making it feel that extra bit special.

Very high specification throughout. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast.
The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK.

The design of the apartments is very good. Reading other people's reviews, some didn't like the clear glass bathroom doors and window, but we didn't find this to be an issue. Pool was nice and so was breakfast. Ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and various tourist activities. -

Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

The transportation from Dubrovnik Airport to Villa Erna and the other way round was nice and easy. The owners and other staff were very friendly and helpul. The pool was quite small but our boys (9,11) loved it. Our apartment was quite large, comfortable and clean - the cleaning lady did a good job every day! (And the city of Dubrovnik itself was lovely; I think we´ll be back.. :) )

The villa is in a good location for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area, especially if you have a car. There is a lovely coastal walk just a minutes walk from the villa, and loads of places to swim or watch the cruise boats coming in and out of the port. If you climb up the garden at the back of the pool there are wonderful views over the port and bridge. The old town is a short bus or taxi ride away. Everything about Hotel Lapad was first class. We arrived very early off the ferry from Bari, Italy - they stored our luggage and set us on the bus to the Old Town, which left every 10 mins from outside the hotel!
