The house is very close to the Plitvice Entrance #1, about 10-15 minutes
on foot. Follow the road sign to Rastovaca which is located 100 meters
from the Park Entrance down the road to Zagreb. The room does not have
air conditioning, but during the 2 days the weather was cool although is
was August. Rastovaca is a very small village, very quiet, we had a good
sleep there. The host Marina was very nice, she prepared the breakfast

Location is a short walk from Entrance 1 (make sure you get off the bus close to entrance 1, otherwise you're pretty screwed).
The host was very accommodating and forgiving despite me arriving very late in the middle of the night. The rooms were perfectly clean with comfy beds and bathrooms. The area is very scenic and serene.
It is in a zone full of guest houses, but far one of the other, so it is ideal for resting. It is in the middle of nature, birds singing, the noise of the wood...
It is 10 minutes of walk from Plitvice lakes.
Close to the lakes and cheap. Even if it's located at the end of the rastovaca street, you don't have to walk long to reach the lakes entrance. Room and owner were ok. The owner's daughter speaks english.
The location is perfect to visit Plitvive Park. The restaurant near the house is cheap and good.

It is a family place so everyone was really friendly, and the breakfast was great..we even made some sandwiches of it for snack for our walk in the lakes!.

The given distandce of 600 m is a bit optimistic, but it's certainly walking distance.
It's basic B&B accommodation, but it had everything you need.
It was not the cheepest place, but these are the prices in this zone, it was fair.
In the middle of a sunny day it would be useful some umbrage (umbrelas, trees, etc) near the table where you eat.
There was no electrical plug in the bathroom. We had to take breakfast in a nearby house because the girl goes to school early and there's no one else to prepare it.
I would appreciate more bath towels (one/pers for 2 days is a little short).
The weather was extremely warm and there was no air condition, not even a fan! Furthermore the window didn't close properly with millions of mosquitos trying to get in. It also had no thick curtains so the sun was too much!.
The indicated terrace for each room, supposedly was a small shared terrace outside. The rooms itself just had a window with a view on the neighboring house.
The reception by the family daughter was simple, not proactive at all.
