We loved everything about the hotel. All of the staff there were helpful and welcoming. We had booked a classic room and were upgraded to a superior room. The room and en-suite were decorated to very high standard.

All of the staff we pleasant, helpful, and friendly going beyond the 'call-of-duty especially Marco, the. Golfer and possibly the next Tiger woods. Room excellent value, breakfast wonderful, location perfect.

The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy disabled parking for my husband - maybe the time of year helped.
Very comfortable beds, pillows and very efficient shower.
Excellent to have both BBC World and Sky News - very rare!
Perfect balcony for people and boat watching -

Staff were excellent, the afternoon we arrives my wife asked for a massage in the spa to be told that it would be the next day, but we would be gone. Shortly after they re arranged things so my wife had her massage at 5 pm

Superb food. - Room was extremely clean and newly refurnished so the comfort wassimilar with a 4 star hotel (except the quite small tv and the lack ofminibar - however both aspects where marginal for us). Nature, lots of squirrels and seagulls, who aren't afraid of people much. Very soft sun, doesn't bronze you much, but it seemed almost impossible to get burnt.
