  Staff (mum and dad) basic English but their sun speak good English. Drove us to the nearest store for food, Korana (swimming) and Plitvice Lakes National Park ( around 7:30) for free. There is a route to big waterfall (free entrance to the park - however, ferry and buses cannot access for free) and its about 1 hour 30 mins walk. Close to Korana wh... vad folk säger » ere we can swim!!! - Such a warm welcome from the owner, who did absolutely everything to make us feel at home. The house is very clean, and the rooms are very convenient, so is the big bathroom. Breakfast is a good value and a great start for a day at Plitvice NP, which is located 5 minutes from the guesthouse. Excellent value for money!

  The host Anna is very kind and attentive. She is always available to answer your questions for regional visits. We are happy with our 3 days in the apartment with kitchen. Actually Poljanak is a such good location (if you have a car) for visiting the Plitvice park. You can leave your car near the view point of the big water fall (just before the ... vad folk säger » small bridge) and start your visit there, then continue to the lower lake and to the embankment of boat point 3. It's excellent. Highly recommended. - Lovely staff!!!! We got very lost driving here and arrived just after midnight, two hours later than anticipated, and we were met by Ankica who was very understanding and accommodating. The room and bathroom was incredibly clean and the breakfast was tasty. She even gave us a great itinerary for our day in Plitvice National park. I would not hesitate in recommending her B&B.

  Amazing place, very friendly owner. Everything was clean breakfast was fine and the price just perfect. The little dog there was friendly too he needs some attention and doesnt matter how dirty he is he will love you and will be really grateful so treat him well:-) - They are extremely warm and friendly.   The location was perfect in the countryside and we love the peace and quiet yet we were just 2km from the Plitvice Lakes Park entrance. There was plenty of space in the apartment & a good size table to have meals.   The host was very friendly and helpful. She also serves breakfast which is highly recommended as there are very few restaurants in the area the closest one is around 3 kms near Seliste market/ bus stop but serves amazing food in good price. Plitvice lakes is approximately 3-4 kms, very close if driving if not be ready for walking/hiking the ticket... vad folk säger » s cost 110 kuna's and its beautiful.Grad slunj is approximately 10kms away and is a must visit. The location is amazing with some breathtaking views a - We loved our time in smoljanac. We had a warm welcome from our hosts. It was really easy to find and very close to beautiful plitvice lakes. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent value for money. It was a real treat to be able to swim in the river below the house and cool off after a very hot day walking round the lakes(& not being able to swim in the lakes!).

  We had a three bedroom, three bathroom apartment. Everything was new, clean and modern. This was our first night in Croatia and we were so pleased with how wonderful the apartment was. The owners live on-site and were available to help with any questions. The location is just a few minutes drive from the entrance to the National Park. I would highly recommend Guesthouse Franjkovic!! - Great value for money and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. Lovely and clean room. The guesthouse is in a very good location. There is a shop just opposite, a nice restaurant up the road and entrance 1, plitvice lakes national park, is only a 7-10 minutes drive away.

  We stayed here for 2 nights so we were close to the Plitvice Lakes. As we pulled into the driveway Bozice and her husband welcomed us with wonderful smiles and showed us our room which was very comfortable. Bozice also suggested we help ourselves to apples from trees in the backyard and relax on the recliners at the back of the section. She also recommended two restaurants and we found the one right next door ha - Pansion Vukovic is a nice place to stay while visiting Plitvice national park. The owner is a very nice lady which gives you a warm welcome and refreshing lemonade after a few hours drive. Me and my friends rented a room for 3 persons. The room was simple, but clean and it was everything we needed during our 2 night stay. In the garden of the pansion, you have an amazing view on the mountains while lying in some very comfortable chairs. Moreover, there are many restaurants in the surroundings

  We stayed there one night and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, being close to Plitvice National Park. We had a barbecue in the evening and the owner helped us to start the fire and he gave us everything that we needed (plates, flatware etc) for barbecue. The rooms and bathroom were clean and we had an amazing view from our room.... vad folk säger » - We could leave our belongings in the room, before the ‘check in-time’. That was very nice, because then we were able to go to the National Park ‘Plitvice’ immediately. There was free parking. It was a clean and nice room with WIFI. The view was marvelous. We could have our picnic in the beautiful garden.

  Lovely place to stay the family made us very welcome and very helpful even offered us cold beers both nights we were there. Very near the Piltvice Lakes which you can park free with a motorcycle. " thank you for making our stay so lovely x " - Nice and tidy room, very clean bathroom. There were two nice small dogs keeping the house :)

  It's a very nice house in the rural Croatia. It is situated near Plitvitce Natural Parc. The rooms are nice furbished, the bath is clean. The family who'se running this house is very nice to tourists. They clean the rooms every day, they speak good English, they know the area, give good reccomandation about the places where you can eat and are exc... vad folk säger » elent hosts! We would come back any time! - Marija the owner was very helpful and provided us with information for the plitvice lakes. Her directions for locating the house were also good. The location was excellent for visiting this national park. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. We opted for the breakfast at extra cost and it was good value for money. Would recommend accommodation.
