  It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly.   An excellent apartment with a luxurious view. The staff are extremely helpful with anything (be it travel to/from airport or arranging trips to different kind of destinations) you might need. The location is in the middle of Lapad meaning there's plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.   We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast. The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK. Personnel was very helpful all the time.   Tomi and Irena were excellent hosts and made us feel most welcome. The apartment suited our needs perfectly and was very clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of town but everywhere was in walking distance, or in distance of a bus stop. Taxis were quite cheap to get us back home.   Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). Staff is very friendly and perfect English is spoken. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

  We were travelling as a group of friends - three mature couples - so we booked all three studio apartments and therefore had the whole house to ourselves. Our booking was handled very efficiently by Antun, the owner, who answered any questions promptly by email.
