  Our stay at Concordia apartments was excellent! It is very clean, modern, with all the equipment you might need. The owner is very kind and helpful! Our towels were changed every 2 days (which is unusual for apartments) and it was completely cleaned in the middle of our 10 days stay! The shops and the bus station is very near, and the beach is lov... vad folk säger » ely. A great location if you want to stay out of the old town which gets very crowded! But still, it is only a ten minute bus drive to it if you want - Kate and her Mama were excellent hosts with great tips on where to eat. It is the first apartment that we have stayed in that has complete instructions and directions. The apartment is spacious for a couple with a pharmacy immediately below. Close to bus stops (100 yards) and a 10 minute trip to the old city. Taxi rank just past the bus stops. Supermarket approx 300 yards away.   The guests of Nike Apartments have a common terrace with a nice view of the Lapad Beach. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Every day (or at lest every 2 days) the owner changed the bath towels and the bed sheets. The owner is helpful and very friendly. The apartment is not in the old town but the station “Lapad Post Office” of bus 6 (to Pile Gate) is not very far (about 10 min of walking downhil - We enjoyed our studio. It had everything we need, it was clean, looking very nice, I think it would be great for a family with kids. The host was great, they welcome us even if we arrived at midnight because of some problems we had at the border. The place it's really 200m up the Lapad Beach and you have a nice view.

  We stayed at the apartment for a week in October. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The apartment was very modern, clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is 10 mins from the beach and bars and restaurants and 5 mins from the bus stop that will take you on the 10 min journey to the old town. There is also and mini supermarket under the apartments. The location is 250 m to the copacabana beach, 2 min walk away from bus stop to the old town, and 5 min. walk from the street with a lot of bars and restaurants.

  While we had to phone (the number is on the door) to let the owner know we had arrived he came promptly and let us in. No 24 hour staff but lots of useful information (including a Croatia Lonely Planet for use by guests). Pleasant terrace with good views. 15 min or so walk to the old town (uphill on the way back) - there is a bus from directly out... vad folk säger » side (which also goes to the bus station) - Friendly and helpful staff. As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

  It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly.   My husband and I stayed here for the last several nights of our travels throughout Croatia, and we loved it. The hotel is the essence of luxury, with it's abundance of pools, incredible spa facilities, and private beach, everything about our stay was perfect. After our first 24 hours there, we felt instantly relaxed and rejuve - Facilities were fantastic, the staff were extremely professional and helpful and the main hotel was modern and clean. The one bedroom residence is particularly spacious and ideal for a couple travelling with young children. The view from the Radisson is stunning and the hotel is set amongst beautiful grounds! I would highly recommend this hotel to any families with young children.

  Luca & his wife were quite lovely & the welcome was so nice. He was very attentive making interesting suggestions for things to do & very helpful for directions. Luca organised a boat trip for us in a boat he co owns which was a super day out both value wise and as an excursion. The small pool in the garden was a godsend on a hot day while the balconies were also excellent to rel - The staff were incredibly friendly! They couldn't do enough to help us. They advised us of where to eat good food in the cheaper areas and organised an island hopping cruise at a bargain price. The apartments were clean, nicely designed and functional with private balconies. Location was ideal with a supermarket next door, the harbour just a 5 min walk away and the old town a 20 minute walk or 5 min bus ride away.   + Location is perfect. Close to the old town but with free parking space. We walked to the old town center in only 10 minutes with our little son. The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing.   An excellent apartment with a luxurious view. The staff are extremely helpful with anything (be it travel to/from airport or arranging trips to different kind of destinations) you might need. The location is in the middle of Lapad meaning there's plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.   The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town).   The appartment is in the Old Town - on 100 m from the main street Stradun and 50 m from "restaurants"-street Prjieko. Of course, it is impossible to reach with car, motorcycle and even with byke any address in the Old Town. But the feeling to be part of this beatiful place is unforgetable. GPS coordinates of the nearest parking: 42 38' 32.37"N 18 06' 37.29"E - We stayed in 2 different studios here one on the ground floor and one at the top of the house. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time. Location is great right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town - close to everything.

  We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast. The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK. Personnel was very helpful all the time. There were white bread, toast, marmalade, ... vad folk säger » honey, cheese, turkey(?), yogurt, juice, coffee and tea on the breakfast so you get something to eat if you're not used to have vegetables or fruit in - Location is great if you don't mind few steps and if you don't have a car. Everything else is spot on - clean, good wifi connection, free use of computer/books/dvd's/games, free tea/coffee/local liquors, generous breakfast and friendly stuff
