We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast.
The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK.
Personnel was very helpful all the time.

Location is great if you don't mind few steps and if you don't have a car. Everything else is spot on - clean, good wifi connection, free use of computer/books/dvd's/games, free tea/coffee/local liquors, generous breakfast and friendly stuff

The best thing of all, and I think a little known secret is the rooftop terrace overlooking Dubrovnik. My husband and I would go up there at the end of 2 hot and sweaty days, and it was the perfect place to watch the sun set and the swallows swoop over that beautiful ancient city. Excellent location in the old town. Rooms are very clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fact that we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but got breakfast cards for the restaurant in the nearby main street where food was good and we got to watch the passing parade.

Great location and beautiful view of the water from the balcony. The place is very well appointed, but a little bit stark (all black and white), but very comfortable. You could easily stay here for a week. You are within walking distance of the town center of Labrada and a 10 minute cab ride or 30 minute bus ride to the old town of Dubrovnik. -

The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

Fantastic host/s. The location is a 5 min walk to cafes, shops, beach (Lapad) and buses to the Old Town. Plenty of parking if you have a car. The Apartment was bright and light, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with a covered patio area. WiFi and satellite TV great. A couple of minor problems were attended to immediately, you couldn't ask for anything more.

The apartment is really, really clean and beautifully decorated with the
owner's taste. Everything is new and renovated very conveniently.
And also very close to the beach and the Old Town. They do have a
parking lot and also there are little supermarkets around there. The
owner is very friendly and nice person. She cares everything even our
laundry. She is open-minded so we could cook our Korean food which might
be a bit stronger smell than European one. This is the perfect place for
travelers

The view was perfect from our own balcony. We had a free parking spot for the car. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was a blessing as it did get very hot. The air did cool nicely though in the evening. Perfect location to visit Old Town & the owners were delightful. We loved staying at Sipa & would love to go again. -
