This is a great place to stay if you are seeking to be in the old town.
You will have to climb several sets of steps. It's a really neat
apartment and a different feel, depending on what you are seeking.
Nero, the property manager, is super friendly and helpful. He offers his assistance with whatever your needs are to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this place to stay.

We stayed at the apartment for a week in October. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The apartment was very modern, clean and had everything we needed. Everything was perfect!!! The room was very nice and clean with sea view. The staff friendly and good people. There is also and mini supermarket under the apartments.
The location is 250 m to the copacabana beach, 2 min walk away from bus stop to the old town, and 5 min. walk from the street with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Big modern rooms, spacious bathroom. Everything is very clean. Very nice view over the port of Gruz. Our room had a big terrace and from what I could see most of the rooms have them. Free parking (in abundance), very easy to find, situated on the main road so if you are with a car very practical for trips to other towns along the coast (no need to enter the city). All in all, to me it seems like very good value for money. In most countries that I have been to you could find rooms like this only

Friendly and helpful staff. As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

The hotel is located in an old house outside but very near the Pile gate (one of two to the Old City). Very convenient! The room is surprisingly large and tidy and has what you expect (including a hair dryer!). There is a nice garden restaurant where you can sip wine and eat to a reasonable cost compared to inside the walls. -

It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly. We did have to walk (5 mins) from the old town gate as cars cannot drive up to the hotel, but this added to the charm. -

Facilities were fantastic, the staff were extremely professional and helpful and the main hotel was modern and clean. The one bedroom residence is particularly spacious and ideal for a couple travelling with young children. The view from the Radisson is stunning and the hotel is set amongst beautiful grounds! I would highly recommend this hotel to any families with young children.

The staff were incredibly friendly! They couldn't do enough to help
us. They advised us of where to eat good food in the cheaper areas and
organised an island hopping cruise at a bargain price. The apartments
were clean, nicely designed and functional with private balconies.
Location was ideal with a supermarket next door, the harbour just a 5
min walk away and the old town a 20 minute walk or 5 min bus ride away.

The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.

+ Location is perfect. Close to the old town but with free parking space. We walked to the old town center in only 10 minutes with our little son. The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing. My 85 year old mother could do it in 15 minutes.

We were at Sumetska 8 at Ana's place. + A lovely host, very friendly, with a lot of useful tips of what to do and see. + The apartmant is very clean, modern and has an amazing view from the terrace. + It's about a 15 minutes walk to the old town, really lots of steps, there is also a bus, but we always made the trip by feet - downstairs and upstairs. There is just a quiet noise from the road to hear, good air - no exhaust gas
