  Quiet location, fab views from front bedroms. Lovely owners, nothing too much trouble. Free loan of beach towels and sun hats. Air con in rooms, Good shower, plenty hot water. Tea making facilities in room plus fridge, free botttled water each day. Superb breakfast. Lots of good restaurants in town. - A lovely hotel with hearty atmosphere.   First of all the owner and his young son were extremely friendly and looked after us very well indeed. They are both real gentlemen. The room was simple, spacious and clean, with a separate ante-room where we could sit and relax. The countryside is beautiful - you can sit on a lovely stone terrace under the vines and shaded by olive and walnut tre... vad folk säger » es and look across the valley to the mountains. We paid an extra 5 euros each for a very pleasant breakfast, and they organised an airport cab for us - The owners of this B&B are lovely. They welcomed us early, served us complimentary drinks, and drove us to and from the town of Cavtat. They prepared a delicious simple dinner and were very kind to our children. In the morning we had to depart at 5:30 A.M. and the owner packed us breakfast to go and drove us to airport (there was an extra charge for that). The room was clean and relatively comfortable. Good a/c, etc. Value for money.

  The better half and I had a great holiday in Cavtat. We usually stay in hotel accommodation so this was something a bit different. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean ( Maid service,clean towels, etc every day) All cooking facilities and fridge are located in the shared kitchen in the lower floor. The balcony is absolutely incredible... vad folk säger » and would put some 5 star hotels to shame. 2 sunbeds, table , 2 chairs and amazing views with space for a game of 5 a side football .( Was trying to - We loved this place. It was really good value for money, the room (room 3) was adequately spacious. The main selling point however, was the outstanding balcony and view it provided. We spent many a night out there with a glass of wine and some delicious food from Logos restaurant which is just a two minute walk up the hill. Would highly recommend.

  Dear boss and the workers are very friendly, you can stay comfortable rooms is included climate, tv, hair dryer and refrigerator. The bathroom is small but compact usage is good for holiday. The breakfast is delicious. you can find different tea or coffee. The hotel is near the sea side by walking 10 minutes. The location of the Hotel,the room, the staff , the food.All was clean, nice and comfortable, suitable for all kind of requirements. A different image for the sea because we came from Romania having the Black Sea.

  The staff at the hotel become your family for the stay. They show great attention to detail and get to know each of their guests personally. The Pattiera is also so central and occupies possibly the best location in Cavtat. The hotel's restaurant, the Dalmatia, is probably the best restaurant in Cavtat.
