  A beautiful venue..our room was on the top floor with an amazing view as far as Dubrovnik. The Villa is extremely clean; our room was cleaned every day. The owner Ivan, his wife and his sons were very friendly and accommodating; they also have a family run restaurant on the harbour called Ivans- go check it out. The food was great..espeacially th... vad folk säger » e cevapcici. Ivan also kept our luggage and let use a spareroom to shower in once we had booked out at 11am as our flight wasn't until later. He als - We were delighted with the apartment, it was spacious with a lovely balcony with views of the bay. The shower room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, a lovely place to relax. It is up a small but steep hill, 5 minutes down, 10mins back up.It wasn't a problem for us, we are in our sixties and we were happy to do this pleasant walk 2 or 3 times a da

  Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms. Kitchen facilities excellent and nice terrace to eat on. Owner met us with a friendly welcome. Very good location with ferries and day trips and restaurants all close by (bit mor... vad folk säger » e than 200m as advertised). - Very high specification throughout. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

  Great location. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the airport, less than 30 minutes drive from Dubrovnik or a one hour boat-trip from Cavtat. The hotel has a great, large pool area and the sea is just outside the hotel. Cavtat center is just a few minutes walk away with a variety of good restaurants and bars.   We spent 10 marvellous nights at Tija 1 in June/July. Location-wise these have to be one of the very best apartments in Cavtat. Not a huge hill to negotiate, very close to town and a beautiful view right across the bay to Dubrovnik. Maro, Sandra and their extended family made us so welcome. Very special people. The apartments are very clean and in an ideal location, with lovely views across the harbour. Cavtat is a beautiful place and we would love to come and stay here again.

  Det mesta. Billig mat om man kollar. Varmt i vattnet. - Owners friendly and very helpful. Very well positioned above Cavtat town. Very spacious. Great views from the balcony.   The studio apartment we stayed in was great value for money. The catering facilities aren't sufficient to cook proper meals but fine for breakfast and snacks. Towels and linen changed regularly. The guesthouse owners are very welcoming and friendly, collecting us from and returning us to the airport and sharing with us some of their home-grown pr... vad folk säger » oduce (thank you Ivo). We chose the location for the lovely walk into town but the half-hour stroll might be too much for some. - The owners were very friendly and bent over backwards to help us. The apartment was great value for money, very spacious and comfortable. We couldn't have asked more of our stay and I would certainly stay again if in the area.

  I nice clean place close to the center of Cavtat. 10 min drive from the airport of Cilipi. Ana was nice and helpfull. I will do tell friends to stay there. The planes did not bother us at all becuse they where just running a few times at daytime. Close to the grocerystores.   The better half and I had a great holiday in Cavtat. We usually stay in hotel accommodation so this was something a bit different. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean ( Maid service,clean towels, etc every day) All cooking facilities and fridge are located in the shared kitchen in the lower floor. The balcony is absolutely incredible... vad folk säger » and would put some 5 star hotels to shame. 2 sunbeds, table , 2 chairs and amazing views with space for a game of 5 a side football .( Was trying to - We loved this place. It was really good value for money, the room (room 3) was adequately spacious. The main selling point however, was the outstanding balcony and view it provided. We spent many a night out there with a glass of wine and some delicious food from Logos restaurant which is just a two minute walk up the hill. Would highly recommend.

  The staff at the hotel become your family for the stay. They show great attention to detail and get to know each of their guests personally. The Pattiera is also so central and occupies possibly the best location in Cavtat. The hotel's restaurant, the Dalmatia, is probably the best restaurant in Cavtat.   The apartment was absolutely huge, featured two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for such travelers as us - two couples, especially since two halves of the apartment had a small dividing wall, which allowed for even more privacy.   A lovely place to stay, very close to the airport and only a 25 min drive to the old town of Dubrovnik. The owner couldn't be more friendly, we got a very specious bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains.   Villa Nick was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our group was large and they provided ample towels for us. The view was lovely and the kitchen included everything that we could need for our stay. The area was very quiet. The staff was very accomodating even though we arrived rather late due to traffic. We would... vad folk säger » definitely stay here again and recommend this place. - It is a modest apartment, not luxurious, but was very much to our liking. A good value. The small balcony had a view of the sea and mountain. It is the first apartment villa coming into Cavtat, but only a 10 minute walk to the center of town on the walker's path. Can also take bus #10, very short ride. It's very close to the airport, but quiet. I would stay here again.

  the hotel is very close to the center of cavtat, and the views are magnificant. the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and even accepted us in the middle of the night (3 AM ) when no one else would. we liked breakfest on the little pool and the room was functional and had everything we needed. spotless clean with alot of room. we will defini... vad folk säger » tly stay again when we come back to croatia. - We were only staying one night and our luggage did not arrive. The hotel owner picked us up, assisted with the language barrier and helped hugely in ensuring the return of our luggage. Nothing was too much trouble, even at midnight !! All that before the beautiful view from our balcony had been seen.
