The location of the hostel was very good, just a few minutes walk from the main beach. The staff was very friendly and willing to solve any problem. Everything looked new, the room was always clean and the air conditioning worked well. The room also had a microwave and a hairdryer in the bathroom (remember San Andrés is 110v). And if you don't want to walk, there is a taxi station near by, but its better to rent a golf cart. There is no warm water, but that's not a problem because water comes o. alla recensioner »
My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. Clean and comfortable, most
important to us. We thought the loaction was great, 1 min walk and
your on the beach where you can walk a further 5min to the main
section. Even for lazy travellers it is a nice walk. No complaints
here. Ruth the cleaner is very sweet and does a great job. We forgot
to tip her and felt so bad about it. Your not obligated, it is just a
thoughtful gesture.
The owners were very helpful and nice.
The room was really clean, well situated (5 minute walk from the airport and 10 minute walk to the town center - where all the shopping and restaurants are located).
Everything. This hostel is very clean, comfortable and very close to the beach. Thanks to Maria Elena we felt at home and she has been very helpful.
The hostel is located at a walking distance of restaurants, tour agencies, golf car rentals and a block away from the beach. The room has very efficient AC and is very clean.
Security and family owned.
Internet was not very fast, but it worked. A coffee machine or kettle had been very useful.
Only complaint from our end was the shower water preassure.

The staff was not welcoming and provided no information regarding the island, tours, restaurants, etc.
Dogs that yapped during the night and early hours of the morning and
were very disturbing - this happened every night and we were there for
four nights. Owner not easily accessible - locked gates and door - no
reception area. No door bell for taxis drivers picking up - they
complained about this. These are really comments for improvement rather
than complaints. It is a good safe place to stay - and is out of the
town and therefore peaceful and a little haven.
