  The customer service was great at all times. Always friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the quality of my room. Nice and clean with city view. The cleaning maids did a good job cleaning and leaving my room up to par.   Very nice hotel with an excellent staff. The location was ideal and close to everything of my needs. I only had breakfast at the hotel and it was fairly diverse and suffice. I had family staying in the hotel as well and the attention they gave us made them decide to use the hotel chain in other cities in Colombia (they were on a road trip). Thanks to Richard, Christian, Alejandro, Yenny, and others from the Front Desk as they were fantastic! I also want to thank Jhon and Julio Cesar from the Restaurant for their excellent service and friendliness. I highly recommend this Hotel and I will come back for sure.
