  the hotel is probably not the most modern one in Ningbo, but for the quality of the service is most probably one of the best one in the city. the price value, the quality of the service and globaly all the team is very high value. - Very nice service started at the reception already with coffee and snack.   Very good rooms: design, comfortable furniture, excellent bedding! Very friendly and responsible stuff. Beautiful territory around the hotel and very good breakfast (really large assortment of dishes, and everything is delicious). - room was spacious and clean.

  Fantastic hotel with polite staff, great food and comfortable rooms. The best place to stay while in Wenzhou. - The Horizon Club was perfect and all the employes very helpfully. Everybody speaks excellent English.

  I stayed from 22nd to 26th August 2013 and was very impressed with the staff but in particular the Executive Lounge. I stay in many hotels in Asia, and in China, and can say that this is one of the best Lounges I've experienced. The team were very attentive but not overbearing and can see that the Manager, I believe is Jessica Lim (?), manages a v... vad folk säger » ery good team. - The facilities are great, some of the best in Ningbo. It is just a short taxi to the local pub district. Overall its very impressive.

  We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on the executive floor with lounge facilities! The hotel room was spacious, very clean and tidy! The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff were very pleasant. The staff at the reception counter even brought us to our room. The quality of food, particularly the dessert, snacks and fuits at the executiv... vad folk säger » e lounge were good except some hot dishes were not hot enough! Service was good. What impressed us was that free wi-fi was inside the hotel, the loung - I spent there only night because I arrived to hotel very late. I don't like this style of mixed Russian and American. Hotel is comfortable and nice but not I like. I booked executive room and I went to breakfast to special lounge I didn't like breakfast there. Maybe there is nice viewing on city throu window but breakfast was poor.
