Very good level of quality throughout. Rooms are comfortable and to a good standard of finish, furnishing etc. Excellent location, in the business district but close to shopping and restaurants and adjacent to the Linhexi subway station that provides a direct link to the airport and connections to other parts of the city. -

The staff were attentive and the room service was prompt and the food good. The location is very central and there are lots of western shops and places to eat including the inevitable Starbucks and McDonalds. The room was large and very clean and the bathroom was excellent and very large which for a business hotel is unusual.

Excellent welcome, the moment I stepped into the lobby I was greeted warmly and the check-in went very smoothly. I made a reservation for an Executive Room and when checking in I was offered a cheap upgrade to the Executive Club Floor. Excellent value for money, fantastic breakfast... Also really enjoyed the Club experience! Complimentary drinks and snacks in the late afternoon was a real treat! Been in GZ many times and this was the best hotel I stayed in so far.

Stayed in a Business Twin Apartment with 2 double beds separated by a glass sliding door and twin aircond, kitchenet and washer/dryer. s good as 5-star hotel but with spacious room at very reasonable price. Very clean and well maintained. 5-10 mins walk to Liede subway station and close to new restuarants/shopping areas. Great if you are attending the Canton Fair. They have clean, very spacious rooms. There's a kitchen and Landry within the rooms. My room invluded breakfast. It's good but not great. At free I'm not complaining.
I've stayed at the Hyatt and its same class but at 4 times the price.

I like the atmosphere and design of crystal garden,it's like i'm living in cozy garden. The female dorm very clean and above my expectation, easy access to shekou port and metro station. Favorable place to stay in shenzhen. I'm really grateful that staff so polite and helpfull when i'm asking about so many things, they help me to going around by bus to Fairy lake garden.
I'm extremely recommended this place to everyone who love cozy and quite place to stay for leisure :D

Location is great - just few minutes from Pazhou exhibition center and metro station. This time we've found small cafeteria at -1 floor so you can have breakfast there. Wi-fi speed is good enought. -

Hotel is easy to find, I came with metro station Pazhou and just when u
exit its big two buildings to the right. (Pwtc sign on top, and behind
two big towers u can't miss). Reception is located on 8th floor,
the big building to the west, just ask receptionist in the lobby to
guide you inside the building. Staff is very friendly and speaks
perfectly English.It is very near fair, and the quality of service is
excelent value for money! Apartments are brand new with good WiFi and
