  Really like the place, real Beijing feel. - By its very nature I was immersed in the Hutong and saw how those people live on a daily basis. For one week I got to feel like a real Beijinger living in the Hutong (albeit a fancy Hutong) and see the culture in a way that is impossible for a tour group staying in a fancy hotel.   The staff were incredible, they were great fun and really made us feel at home. The manager was very helpful and made it easy for us to plan our trips and get around with all of his advice. The great wall tour that they provided was excellent away from the touristy locations it was a great experience. The location was good just a 10minute walk from tian'anmen squa - The location is perfect, just 10 min walk away from Qianmen and Tiananmen Square, you can also find subway and bus quite easily around there. The cafe bar is really nice, good place to meet friends. Beds are pretty comfortable, I stayed in a 14 bed dorm, quite a big room, not crowded at all. The A/C works well, hot water 24 hrs, and oh! the bar opens 24 hrs as well, which is a bonus! The price is quite reasonable in Beijing, esp at central area. 4 Stars Recommend

  The most cozy little hotel in Beijing. Almost impossible to find in the small narrow hutong alley-ways, it makes the perfect hideout for travelers curious about what's behind the facade of modern Beijing. The area is just stunning, with bars and noodle shops everywhere. The staff is super friendly.   The staff was fabulous and helpful, speaking fluent English and having lots of information for the travels around the area. The staff was the highlight of my trip to Beijing! It was right in the middle of the local culture, stores, - The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Tienanmen Square, in a very colourful area with plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was simple but clean, the towels were changed every day. The hotel has also a very cosy bar/restaurant area, mainly used for breakfast, and one or two computers are available if you need to use the internet.   Incredible service (we were accompanied all the way through an unexpected visit to a doctor), beautiful rooms, amazing pool & gym and even reasonably priced room service! And the deli downstairs is amazing. - In-room massage service: professional and very good. Very near to subway station. Smooth organisation. English speaking staff.
