  Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was so spacious. The shower was huge and had fantastic water pressure. - Loved the big comfy bed, it was close to the main train station for our departure and the breakfast was superb.

  City hotel is in a very good position. Very close to lots of tourist attractions and is very good for the local shopping which is right on your doorstep. The hotel is clean and comfortable and quiet which is great. 12 pm check out is a real help if you've visiting the local bars at night ;) - The location of the hotel was convenient to all amenit... vad folk säger » ies eg small shops, walking distance to shopping complexes and other areas was safe and apart from language barriers and traffic it was hassle free to navigate your way around the area. The area is also very clean, safe and modern.

  The staff were very helpful and showed flexiubility. This is my 5th time at this hotel and its very consistent. The location is superb for both business, shopping and sightseeing. The taxi guide is very helpful as you can just show your location to the driver. And also show him the hotel address for the return. - I've been staying here for 12 yea... vad folk säger » rs and it's my favourite hotel in shanghai. I'm sure there are more luxurious but this is in a great area for eating and drinking. Rooms are big and clean and they are generous with upgrades. Just don't ever expect them to remember you've been before!
