  The staff do their best to make you feel good. They are always smiling and they spare no effort to serve well. Most of them we meet speak English and those who don't will try their best. The rooms were amazing spacious and with a very tasteful decoration. The charges were fare. The looks of the hotel amenities are astonishing. When we had a taxi p... vad folk säger » roblem, unrelated with the hotel, even it was not their fault, they apologise for the inconvenience and made efforts so we continued enjoying our stay - It's clean, the room is spacious, the staff are helpful (although they had a hard time speaking in English which seems to be the norm in Beijing). The location (depending on your fitness, it's around 20-30 mins walk to Forbidden City and about 5-10 mins walk to Qianmen St. Market and I guess, 10-20 mins to the Temple of Heaven)

  The staff were friendly and profession. At the raffles you feel comfortable and get the feeling of being at home. Hotel was very clean and you got value service for your money.   Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel beds had booked. Nice lad. Thank him. - Everything was good, this is my 3rd stay, and will stay there again, when I have an extended stay in Beijing. I did notice a bit of a change in the breakfast though,
