  The comfort of the beds is extraordinary, so is the quality of the food at breakfast and in the italian restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. We still could use the pool area after checkout. 10min walking to the rail station and subway. - Very good hotel, well laid out and clean rooms. Staff are very friendly despite the language barrier.

  Staff is very kind - one of our young guests (11-years boy) forgot his passport in hotel and we were very happy when we called hotel 6 hours later and were informed that his passport was found and now we can get it - and so we did immediately, our flight was not cancelled.   The staff were extremely helpful, especially front desk manager Thomas and Murphy in guest relations. They really helped us get along in a city where very few individuals speak English. Ambiance was very nice in lobby and pool.   The staff were friendly and profession. At the raffles you feel comfortable and get the feeling of being at home. Hotel was very clean and you got value service for your money.   We had booked a 2-bedroom family suite, which was apparently not available when we arrived--so for the same price were upgraded to a junior suite (living room, br, 1-1/2 baths) and adjacent deluxe room...very elegant and even more luxurious than we'd expected. Definitely on the pricey side, but a wonderful way to end our China trip! - Family room was fantastic, (5 adults) large and comfy beds with a large lounge area. Staff very attentive (particularly Raoul) in catering to needs and providing helpful suggestions for trips. Close to wangfujing street with lots of shopping and less than 5 mins walk to metro. Decor of hotel very grand with beautiful staircases and impressive entrance! Would definitely recommend this hotel (and whole family would too!)

  Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room.
