Everything. The staff were helpful and friendly. Sam in the Concierge team can speak English and was most helpful, even before our arrival in Hangzhou, by answering all our email queries about tours from Hangzhou to Huangshan (Yellow mountain). The best hotel I stayed in China. Staff is very pleasent. Western options in the jw marriot menu, nice swimming pool. Dont have this weird smell that you feel sometimes due to chinese cuisine. Nice executive room and good options for western breakfast in the 16 floor. Internet in room.
