Fabulous service from Ms chen which is the key during traveling . In here you will get all your needs, efficiently and warmly! We will recommend to all my friend n definitely wld love to comeback again. The location is also our favorite though not central to west lake but it sits quietly n easy reach to many not so hot spots, away from tourist groups!we love it!. The location is excellent - right next to west lake. You can pop out for a walk any time and you'll find yourself in the park. The staff there were exceptionally lovely. They were very helpful and catering, and they made us feel like home. I also love the decor on the inside. Would recommend to anyone!.

Affordable and within walking distance to several sightseeing items near the West Lake. Friendly and flexible staff at reception. Very friendly, helpful and pleasant owner and personnel Is at the west side of the lake on walking distance Once you walk out of the hotel you soon get into a very green environment. Very clean new comfortable room with razor, toothpaste, AC conditioning kettle and even tea, etc. Night friendly shop round the corner. Close to a small lake with nice views. comfort and clean room. very warm hearted and humorous staff and boss. 20 minutes by bike to longjing and 30 minutes to lingyin temple. peaceful countryside scene. Great decoration and room comfort. Close to the lake, yet in a calm small village-like neighborhood. Very good typical Chinese breakfast. Location, very close to West lake. the room was really nice, but they don't speak english at all and the position was really bad in the south part of the lake. there is only one restaurant near it. Nothing. They allowed some customers (or locals) to smoke in the lobby, which stank the whole hostel. The cleaning staff entered the room while I was in, without even knocking creating a very embarrassing and awkward situation. Poor noise insulation, so the crowds eating at the terraces downstairs will wake you up early in the morning during weekends. Taxi driver had a bit hard time to find the location, have a map at hand. The offered "free bicycle" turned out to be old and rusty, didn't use it. The hotel is a bit far from the center, however, bus station is 5 min walk. birds sound earlier every morning, can hear clearly in the room. Only one of the staff spoke good English. Not so easy to find the first time around. No bus allow on that road, need to walk. It's hard to find the hoteal and when u call the hoteal did't ansrwer and i give taxi 100¥ to take and find the hoteal it's so so bad.
