  Very nice hotel and located on the river- we payed extra in order to get the executive rooms and the access to the Corporate lounge at the top floor which includes free snacks and drinks. Rooms very nice - The hotel was wonderful. The staff were always pleasant and accomodating.   The location of the hotel is fantastic, just beside the lake with the beautiful pagodas. It is possible to take a boat cruise of the lakes by just walking a few steps from the hotel. Elephant Trunk Hill is just nearby. There was a reasonable selection of meals at the western-style restaurant. There are also many restaurants within a short walking... vad folk säger » distance. We would stay here again if we come back to Guilin because the location is fantastic. - The Hotel , whilst quite old , offered all the facilities travels could expect , the staff, were anxious to please and the service efficient and quick .Bedrooms were spacious , bedding new ,excellent quality and changed daily

  Excellent hotel . Indeed five star hotel . Located opposite the lake. We received our request a room on a high floor and a magnificent view from the window sticky . Room is well equipped but small for three people . ( We asked for a room reservation for three people ) . Good Wi-Fi in addition there is also a computer. Very comfortable bathroom . H... vad folk säger » otel has a great swimming pool . Breakfast is expensive . You can change money at the hotel . The team collaborates. some basic English speakers . Tax - 3rd stay in this hotel. The staff are still so friendly and warm. excellent service, facilities & amenities, clean room and superb location. I love the lake which is located just in front of the hotel. My favourite spot for a relaxing walk after each meal. Enjoyed my every stay here.

  Staff may just speak a little English but they are all well meaning and kind. There was an obnoxious guy in the hotel he was either a guest or a friend of the owner or a manager and he had the staff running around doing things and you could tell they were all on edge.
