  The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch. The staff were courteous and helpful - Gerry Mo, Gabrielle and a host of others that unfortunately, I can't recall their names at this point The in-house restaurants serve a variety of fresh and delicious dishes, I particularly enjoyed the Mai Japanese Restaurant buffet. Four seasons Guangzhou is just perfect, the staff is amazing, they do their best always for you to be like if you were at your home, rooms are very very nice, clean, they change the fruits everyday for you, the rooms are very big, perfect bathroom, they are all very high so excelent view! Good to know that the hotel is located in the highest building of the city and has a view (face to face) to the Canton Tower and the pearl river (and basically all the city, since the lobby is on the 70th floor and the hotel goes until the 100th).

  The location is excellent for business travel as it is smack in the middle of Guangzhou. Travelling to and from Canton Fair is easy as they have a shuttle service. The also have registration for the fair at the hotel. the rooms are well maintained and room service is good.   I was in town for attending Canton Fair. Well organized free shuttle service to the Fair. Made a special request for early check in at 10am which was granted without any extra fees.   This is a luxurious, comfortable hotel in which to stay. Staff are friendly, courteous, efficient and very helpful. The hotel is within central Guangzhou, close to two beautiful parks and close enough to sights of interest.
