Quiet, Spacious, reasonably clean, not expensive, excellent view & very convenient with shopping mall nearby and lots of restaurants to chose from. Male receptionists at the entrance concierge are very patient to our enquiries. Great room layout, very comfortable beds and sofa. Very comfortable stay, just like home. Location is good. Great staff and location was close to many facilities. Business traveller friendly.

The room is very spacious and the location is great. very clean and good location in Guangzhou city. very convenient and good value for money. On the web it says fully furnished apartment but it does not say that to get the kitchen utensils and pots you have to pay a hefty 300 rmb even if you use only one day! This is absolutely a rip off what's a bug deal in having a pot a spoon in the room? With a young baby it was very difficult for us and sure will not stay there again. I toke a family room and it was very nice designed room with tow bathroom , kitchen and washer machine. You can see the city from the big window if you take a high floor . video updated and nice city view on the upper floor. Interior design. - The manager at that time is trying hard, but apery it is under a trashy management over him. location is good,and the room is big.Two beds,for family will be better,too much for couple. Price & location. Spacious room. nothing in this hotel. nothing. Shower drainage blocking. Lady receptionists at entrance concierge are very impatient and rude with no intention to help us and extremely unwelcoming. Nothing that I didn't like. No tours available at hotel for booking. There is no breakfast/food service provided and the shower water is weak in my room. The water pot looks like over cooked and I could not use it. There is no toilet available after you checked out. I wish there was plates and silverware to enjoy the kitchen. And the fact that we had to change elevators. but minor things overall. Replied above. The staff not well with English language and they can't understand what you want . I was request a blanket but they told me after a while they don't have a staff to bring it to our room. no smoking room available, receptionist are never smile and impolite, and not security as no guard on the exchanged floor. anybody can enter to the hotel. Staf can't speak English and no informatic,in partment no cutlery if you are on businesses trip its highly un-recommend :(. bed is too hard and small. - I made a 2 bedrooms apartment. At my arrivals the told me I reserved ( 2 bed ) room apartment. There rooms profile is a lie and misleading. - Internet did not work - bathroom towels very dirty - a lot of work going on the rooms around. They are giving the rooms and the place has not been completely finished. No service at all,and no privacy. Lobby, lifts, setup, getup, stuff, amenities, actually other then the location & price everything needs improvement. Poor internet, slow room service. staff, and not clean at all. the room is very dirty every think is bad in this hotel.
