I've called before check in to ask where to find the location;
After check in, I've called to ask if the two bottle of water and
tea bags were for free, and I've called to ask breakfast time.
They answered all of the above fast and made sense.

The room (#1805) had a living room, huge bathroom, and a small kitchen. Even the gym was well equipped. The iron and board were also appreciated. Did not use the washing machine, though! Close to city centre, and short walking access to Jiefangbei shopping area, CRT station and Hangyou Village. Great facilities and adequate breakfast spread.

The room was unbelievably spacious and we could make use of the executive lounge for happy hour and fantastic breakfast. Price was incredible compared to all amenities we enjoyed. Food excellent as well as staff. Everybody spoke English. Close to subway and downtown. -

1. The service spirit: As my flight was two hours delayed, I arrived in the middle of the night., but they stayed awake and waited for me. They had even prepared a night meal for me.

appartment. High security. Entrance door keeper all time. Key tag for
the entrance door.Key tag in the elevator and you can only reach your
own floor. Double lock on room door. Convenience store Lawson at ground
floor. This was a great place to stay !!

The hotel is comfortable and room was spacious. The bath and toilet area being almost public is a bit awkward, but we knew that while booking already.
