Lovely grand hotel 40 minutes outside Chengdu city. Enourmous very comfortable bed with plush linens. Loved that the bathroom opened up into the bedroom. There are two fantastic pools, though they try to make you wear swimming caps which is frustrating and ridiculous. The restaurants are great with several choices of cuisine. There is also a free

The staff are faultless. They arranged our 'hold a baby panda' experience ahead of time with wonderful ease and efficiency - thank you Jessie! The room was suburb, large, clean and comfortable with a lovely view. It's a bit out of Chengdu- but if you are there for a panda cuddle and nothing else it's just perfectly located 5 minutes from the park with a free regular shuttle. very good hotel. Main business was conferences and they were between events when we stayed so we were one of the few guests for two nights while seeing the pandas then arranging onward travel. -
Everything was new and fresh. All electrics and plumbing worked.
