I am a coffee drinker and I have to say that I was really happy to find real coffee at this hotel. Because coffee is not too popular in China, I was surprised and delighted to find good quality italian coffee. And the service was 24 hours, so this was just perfect for me. Another great plus would be for the freshly baked pasteries and croissants that they serve. And they bake them in their own oven, so this is really a unique point for a hotel in China. I have to say that I did feel very comf.
alla recensioner » We had a great stay at this hotel. From the first time we stepped into the building, we met Simon, the GM and he offered a brief introduction about the city, nearby tourist attractions, and the facilities provided by the hotel. We also found that the H stands for home and happy, and this is exactly how we felt in this hotel. My son loved the panda toys, he played with the birds in the garden and they also have a mini golf which can be quite entertaining. Also the western food choices that they. the atmosphere in the hotel is great, I have to say. It's quite a small building but I guess that's exactly what makes it feel more like a home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, their service is always aiming to provide a comfortable stay. The breakfast is very nice, I've enjoyed it. Especially because they serve chinese food, so for me it was interesting to try that, but I always find it comforting knowing that I have options and I can actually eat food that I'm used to, while listening. The place are very convenient,about half an hours jourey from the airport ,and close to city center.there are some special restaurants and bars around the hotel . rooms were clean and comfertable .the furnitures in the room are environment friendly.Also ,the room price is resonable.Breakfast coffee is perfect,I think i will be choose this hotel once again when i go to chengdu at next time. the location of the hotel and the staff, the free bike rental are all great. There's a really nice park nearby the hotel, Wangjian Park with many different types of bamboo. So using the bike for sightseeing was a really good thing, especially in China where it is a common practice. And also because the traffic here is crazy, the bike is much more faster and it's eco-friendly!. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The hotel is located a five minute walk away from the river which is very pleasant. There are two small lounges which we enjoyed using as a family when we were taking time out from sightseeing. very nice room, hotel is closed to the Sichuan university, bar street etc., tasty breakfast, helpful staff, the hotel is well designed, in the room was every day bottled water for free, soft bed. It's as clean and comfort as a standard 3-4 star hotel in Europe. Excellent. And good value for money. I liked the design of the hotel, it is new, it has good facilities and very nice staff. great hotel room, helpful staff, modern design. Security good. Staff very friendly, helpful. Breakfast very nice. Rooms very pretty and clean. Was in an easy location and they provided us a great map of the city. Staff were friendly. Location is near to night spots and famous tourist spot. a little noisy. There was loud music playing from the nearby bars in the later evening but with the window closed it didn't affect us. It has a nice area for a bar. But it is pity that not so much choices for food in the evening. rooftop terrace under construction. Noisy! Construction 24/7! Music from bars til 4 am nightly. No electrical plugs in bathroom for hair dryers. Very difficult to communicate. I thought a hotel with an English title would speak some English but most didn't. Also the room smelled bad and I ended up needing to pay to wash all of my clothes once I got to tokyo. Lousy management, slow response to customer request.
