  Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the entrance. There are two entrances. The studio apartment is in a new building, and the building is a part of a closed structure of approx. 10 buildings such as this one. It is surrounded by a fence and there is a guard at the entrance (nice) (It's not like it is unsafe neighborhood). Inside there is a tennis court, and plenty of grass. Although it is not located in the city center, it's 10 minutes walk from mtr station (dongimen), than it takes about 4 stops to the Tiananmen square. The apartment is clean and big,

  Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie.   Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel beds had booked. Nice lad.
