  Staff were friendly and accommodating. The front desk clerk tried her best to communicate effectively in English and would use her dictionary to facilitate the process. For those traveling to Shanghai, I suggest learning a few key words and phrases in mandarin that could prove useful. Words such as deposit, bus fee, check-in, check-out, and so on ... vad folk säger » would be to your advantage. A staff member also escorted me to my room took my bags.
