  The owner Peter is exceptional in helping everyone enjoy their stay. The ever-changing ocean view is worth the visit; relaxing and quiet. O ne night we just curled up on the couch and read. Another night we watched with Peter Chile soccer qualify for The World Cup by beating Uruguay.   Close to bus station, electric heater in room (Chile is cold in the winter), lady at front desk was very friendly. - The location was quite good as the hotel was adjacent to the metro for Valpariso. The room was fairly comfortable and quiet.
