The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The check in staff member let us unload our vehicle out the front of the hotel and park there until we were settled and happy with our room. Parking was a bloc away from

We arrived at a busy time but the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. The breakfast coupon was great and we took full advantage of the dining room and enjoyed the hearty breakfast. The location was great as we just stepped out of the door, across to the leg for the Nov. 11 ceremony. When we asked for directions to another location we were given maps and clear instructions.

The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

The location is perfect. It's close to the Inner Harbour, BC Parliament Building and the famous Fairmount Empress. Walking less than five minutes, you will be at the coast. Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.
