  The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy! The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria.   We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Beds very comfortable and quiet during the night. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.

  I was staying at the Inn at Laurel Point because of its convenient location. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the start line of the Victoria Marathon near the legislative buildings. The staff were very attentive and friendly throughout my whole stay. This included the front desk, cleaning staff, maintenance personnel and restaurant servers. I - The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.
