rooms appeared clean and were comfortable. Breakfast was more than I expected and dinners were very good. Loved the gin and tonic drink too! Location was perfect. Most of all, the staff were all extra special, smiles, helpful and seemed to enjoy their job! -

I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed

The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The check in staff member let us unload our vehicle out the front of the hotel and park there until we were settled and happy with our room. Parking was a bloc away from

We arrived at a busy time but the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. The breakfast coupon was great and we took full advantage of the dining room and enjoyed the hearty breakfast. The location was great as we just stepped out of the door, across to the leg for the Nov. 11 ceremony. When we asked for directions to another location we were given maps and clear instructions.

For the money what I had was literally a nice apartment. The tub was amazing with its relaxing jets but as a shower it stunk. It has a full kitchen with quality pots and dishes, not the usual hotel crud. we were in room 307 which was very nice. Hotel overall was comfortable except that the room was too warm. The small units in each level did not cool the room very well. Loved the Cask beer in the bar downstairs. Also liked the family room next to the bar - we had a group of 20 in there on Sunday night and it was excellent - staff were great.
