  We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. And the location -- harborside -- was perfect. A short walk along the water takes you into town, or you could ask the concierge for a complimentary ride.   The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy! The staff gave us each a coupon... vad folk säger » for a free pastry and drink in the morning and a cheese platter for after we were settled in. It was wonderful. They also helped us store our bikes a - We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The check in staff member let us unload our vehicle out the front of the hotel and park there until we were settled and happy with our room. Parking was a bloc away from

  I stayed in Suite 302, a lovely 2 bedroom suite with balcony overlooking the harbour and the beauty of Victoria. The living room, the bedrooms and the balcony all offer exquisite views of the harbour. Each bedroom had its own ensuite, with luxurious appointments.There was a full kitchen, well-stocked, several tvs, free wifi and plenty of luxurio... vad folk säger » us amenities. This is one of the finest establishments I encountered in British Columbia. It is in the heart of the waterfront, central to everythin - I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed

  Every room is different from others. The decoration is unique and makes you feel like a princess. Close to inner harbor and beside are some small parks. Every room has a hot tub which is private and sweet. You can enjoy your breakfast at sitting area. The staff are considerate and the have a beautiful common library.
