We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The hotel is only 15min.of walk to The Faimont Express Hotel and next to the Inner Harbour. In the restraut of hotel you have a good view of water and harbour, excellent!
很喜欢这家酒店, 也在down-town只是在边缘, 从地图上看好像挺远, 实际步行到帝后饭店就15分钟, 在内港岸边, 景色很好, 在房间里的露台可看到海湾, 价格实惠, 酒店还有游泳池。超赞的是酒店的餐厅"Blue Crab"是维市上榜餐厅，几乎全能看到海景，坐在酒店餐厅边吃边欣赏海景，太棒了！

First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. Thestaff checked vacancies and moved us to an upgrade without hesitation,then followed up to make sure we were happy in our new surroundings. The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy! The staff gave us each a coupon

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The check in staff member let us unload our vehicle out the front of the hotel and park there until we were settled and happy with our room. Parking was a bloc away from

The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

For the money what I had was literally a nice apartment. The tub was amazing with its relaxing jets but as a shower it stunk. It has a full kitchen with quality pots and dishes, not the usual hotel crud. You could easily make breakfast right there and enjoy it on the patio and watch the joggers jet or the sea planes land in the harbor. Breakfast w

The room was a bit hard to find because it is not part of the main building. Great room though - separate living area, spacious, good wifi, comfy bed, clean...all the amenities a person wants in a room.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I love the decor of the entrance lobby, hallway, and elevator area. Room was very clean and tasteful. Mini refrigerator, water pot, and coffee maker were perfect. View was also nice. Clean bathroom. I couldn't have asked for more! -
