  Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient! Good rooftop pool & spa. - The location of the hotel ----... vad folk säger » the room (#1810) with two comfortable chairs with stools (poofs) that we could sit at and watch the seaplanes take-off and land. We're coming back!!!!

  The beds were very comfortable, The rooms and hallways smelled fresh and clean, the pool was beautiful, The second floor patio was a beautiful place to sit and relax - All city centre locations could be easily walked. Sky train station only 800 metres from hotel so easy for airport. Rooms of good standard and helpful staff.

  The hotel is my favourite in Vancouver so far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and had an open front to the street, the bed was very comfortable the wifi was free and fast, the room was clean and had everything I needed (including an iron). We had a cookie delivered to us with room service turning our bed down in the eve... vad folk säger » ning. We didn't have room service banging on our door at 08:00 and there were no complaints or phone calls when we were late leaving our room. Althoug - The space was luxurious The bed was extremely comfortable The housekeeping was exceptional with little unobtrusive touches When I returned to my room the bed was turned down a couple of cookies were set down on my night table the bedside lamps were turned on and the drapes were closed. It made you feel special, a home away from home
