LOVED the beach: wide at low tide and beautiful walking. It's a surfer's destination and they were out in March in wetsuits!! Fun to watch. I want to go back and try it in the summer. Resort is clean, well designed, modern, efficient, comfortable...it was great. I"d travel back across the continent again just to stay here.
It was off-season and the price was appealing too!.
The units are very private, well appointed and fairly new. The unit provides all the dishes and utensils you need to cook a meal. There is a shared BBQ available, lounge, hot tub and observation room for storm watching. Located on Cox Bay it is easy access to a lovely beach.alla recensioner »
The bathrooms were beautiful. The interior design was lovely.
Heated bathroom floors - we enjoyed. Quiet and very comfortable. Close to the beach.

Location was excellent, relatively quiet environment, great service from staff.
Nothing except leaving.
You can't park your car near the units so you have to carry your stuff down but it isn't that far and they provide carts you can use to pull your gear down.
Dim lighting in the bathroom - could not do our makeup in the mirror - too dark.
Fireplace - glass in the front gets very hot - dangerous for small children and for pets (we had our small dog with us).
Reception area very sparse. No offer to help us with the luggage (and we were on the 2nd floor). Carts to transport luggage were locked up until 8a.m. and we had to leave at 7a.m. so we had to carry all our luggage to the car.
we had some trouble with our dvd but staff helped out :).
I didn't want to cook on my holiday so no on-site restaurant was a negative.
The lighting in the room / bathroom was inadequate.
I wish the hotel had more BBQ's! Only one was functioning properly.....

That the second bedroom was a loft room and the website did not say this. It stated 2 bedroom, should had said bedroom and loft.
My only complaint is that there was no high chair available for a 1 year old - which surprised me as a modern apartment complex. As a result spent our meals battling to keep boisterous child on my knee.
wifi signal is sooo bad! everything else is good!.
pillows are AWFUL!!!, shouldn't charge extra for kids - the room rate should be the room rate for a 2 bdrm - extra $$ for kids is ridiculous and a big reason why we may reconsider staying there again.
