  We really enjoyed the layed back atmosphere, the Nova Scotia "feel". We have "never" and mean "never" experienced a motel like the Hedley House...Folks, you don't get what we got at the Holiday Inn or any other chain motel... We were greeted by two most friendly Management Staff and guess what, they both the guitar and keyboard.... Yes, they playe... vad folk säger » d us a couple of tunes upon arrival and they played again in the morning during out delicious continental breakfast. When be booked, we were looking f - The location was perfect and beautiful. The facilities were rustic and quaint but all we needed. The best part was the "Hostess with the Mostess", Joanne. From the moment she welcomed us to the hug that sent us on our way, we felt as though we were part of the family. And where else can one be serenaded by the hostess at breakfast? We really hated to leave when our four days came to an end. We will certainly come back!
