  Location near the airport is excellent for late arrivals/overnight transfers. A free shuttle ride takes 10 minutes, one just needs to call the hotel. The staff has been friendly and helpful, breakfast is actually quite nice, the room was spacious and well-equipped.   Well we checked in with no problems. Clean rooms and the fridge is always a bonus. The hotel staff saved my husbands butt as he had previouly picked up some wine. Only to find our it had a cork screw top, Front desk accommodated us with a cork screw and glass wine glasses. Bonus!!! When we went to leave the next day knowing the shuttle did not go ... vad folk säger » to Via Rail station we asked front desk to call us a cab. The shuttle driver was standing there and offered to drive us to the train station . Another - The room had everything including an ironing Board & Iron. Manager went out of his way to ensure we got to the Airport next morning on time. Very Good Service Given at the Comfort Inn

  The staff was so helpful considering the tragedy I was going thru, my husband was hospitalized on June 13 and being from out of town, I stayed with my children at your establishment and the staff went out of their way to help me, called taxi, delivered food etc... Got me a taxi to the hotel when my delayed flight got in at 2AM, after the shuttle had stopped running. It's an interestingly grand old building whose era of splendor is far in the past, but my room was quiet and super clean, and the price was definitely right.
