I enjoyed use of the hot tub, though the hot tub could have been on a warmer temperature. Interestingly, maybe you folks up in Quebec can handle cold better than heat, I just left it at that. - The staff was very friendly, and the English speaking staff were eager to help the French speaking staff while communicating with us.

The hotel is in prime location and really good for the price. the room was big, with nice wooden floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils and cutleries. The staffs gave us 2 nights of free internet out of our 3 nights stay. They are very helpful and friendly. The room service is good as well. There are many supermarkets around, all within 1-5 mins walk. Metro station is just 5 mins walk. I’ll stay there again.

I was travelling with friends (we had 3 rooms) to see the Moncton Wildcats play Shawinigan. We ate at the restuarant 3 times. Even though we spoke no french, we had a great laugh with the staff and they were extremely friendly and just did a great job. -

Very close to the Old City
Staff was very nice and explained all the activities as soon as we reached the hotel include notations on the map. -
The fact that we had a complete kitchen was great, and the separation of the bedroom from the rest of the suite was very nice.

Rymliga, bekväma rum, utmärkt läge i staden - The location is central, The staff are superb and could not have been more helpful. The hotel provides a very clean, comfortable safe place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to accommodate parking for our large car. We stayed in one of the larger rooms across the street from the main hotel and really loved our room. It was clean, spacious, had nice hard wood floors, and the bed was comfortable.

Every staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They also spoke excellent English.
The front lobby was very charming and festively decorated for the holidays. Our rooms were simple, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was convenient and we were able to walk to several popular eating and shopping places.
