  Fantastically friendly staff; very helpful. I had an upgrade to a studio with kitchenette and fireplace. Comfy room. Highly recommended.   I loved the view of the St Joseph Oratory from my balcony -- the Oratory is a few minutes' walk away: beautiful place to visit! This hotel is close to the Metro (Côte-des-Neiges station), and a brilliant Vietnamese restaurant (Pho Lien). There are also a 24-hour pharmacy and supermarket across the road, and several great fruit & veggie stores ... vad folk säger » nearby, which makes it a perfect place for self-catering. It's a $40 fare to the Trudeau airport. Ok, so excellent location! My room had a nice new ba - Front desk was very friendly and gladly spoke English. Our room was excellent for the price. Full suite with separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, dining/living area, and little balcony. Hotel was very close to the metro (our form of transportation for the trip) and therefore we could go anywhere in the city really. Also the hotel was in a nice area, fairly quiet, and surrounded by little coffee shops and restaurants. We didn't need much as we were staying there for Osheaga 2013, but we we

Cute dining room, nicely kept property, very pleasant staff.   Our room was very clean there was a fridge, microwave, coffee pot it was well worth the money. I was a little disappointed that Fairview mall was closed and most of the stores were closed. I did not know it was a holiday. Would certainly recommend to my friends. We had not been aware that they were renovating. They did an exceptional job and we would definitely use and recommend this Hotel again. We had stayed there many years ago.   It is a GREAT location for walking the city, shopping, sight-seeing etc. It's very close to walk from the train station. The Tourist Information Centre was only a few blocks away, from where one can do the hop on/hop off bus tour of the city. It's also a pleasant walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. I really appreciate the included Continental breakfast and the no fee for cancel - We liked the spacious junior suite, all the staff, the convenient location, the cleanliness, the reasonable price, the breakfast room, the pool and the rooftop "lounge" area. I could walk right down to the big department store, Hudson Bay, and to a cvs pharmacy for anything that I might need to pick up. The people who cleaned the rooms did a perfect job. It was very handy to have the kitchenette. It was also good to have laundry facilities right off the gym. We found this place on the Internet

  I liked the helpful staff at the front desk. I liked the fact that the rooms were clean, and the bed comfortable. I really liked the fact that breakfast was included, and it was good. Great value for money, and I have already recommended it to someone.
