  Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. Obviously, these employees make it their bussiness to go beyond their job description. The location is A+. - Room was very comfortable with nice features (Nespresso coffee in room, hand-held shower). Hotel was historic and very grand. Location is scenic and near gourmet restaurants.

  I loved this property. We stayed there on our honeymoon. The staff was courteous and helpful. There was a dear at our terrasse every morning. The hotel is ideally located on Mirror Lake and is slightly off the beaten path. The location is pristine. The grounds are wonderfully kept. Breakfast in the morning was generous.   From the time they parked our car everyone was so friendly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was very nicely furnished and cozy and the hotel itself was just yards away from the village. We had a wonderful weekend thanks to the westin people.   The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

  We were having a family reunion of 41 and we were well taking care of.The personnel organized a room just for us for our gathering wich was well aprechiated . We might be back next year - We loved the look of the rustic side of the hotel, with the log cabin look the fireplace and the warm and cozy feeling.
