  Pleasant and extra-helpful staff. They made it easy to quickly locate and use facilities. Good location. Swimming pool. Hotel quiet and not too big. I was pleased that my room was close to the elevator because walking can be painful for me. - The staff at the front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful.   This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.   The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. - The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.

  The staff were extrememly friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and the Bell Centre. There are cabs sitting out front waiting for fares. - The location is excellent, it is near the Shopping centre and subway station.
