  lovely room!!! so spacious. Great breakfast, lots of choices, lots of healthy options which you don't always find on the road! Location was great for us - good neighbourhood and easy to get to where we wanted to go. Front desk staff was super. free wifi. - Front desk service for check in and check out...our guy was great !   I highly recommend this hotel to everybody. The room is very clean and their service is very impressive given the price. Only an example here, we lived in a room with a private kitchen and left several used dishes in the sink one day morning (planning to wash later).   This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.   Staff were wonderful and most accommodating. As we only had one day and night, we were very happy that the riverfront and Chinese and Latin quarters were very accessible (20 mins) by foot. - very helpful and courteous staff, near city centre, near metro. very good value for money.

  The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. - The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.

  The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming with all guests. The hotel was clean and rooms were tidy. The hotel is on a side street so there wasn't as much noise at night compared to a main road which was nice.   Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! The General Manager was fabulous and introduced herself and chatted. This is a superior hotel!!! It added as much pleasure to my trip as the trip itself. Had to get extra set of towels and... vad folk säger » they them remembered that number every day and I never had to ask again. When we came back to the states and I was stuck in hotels with pitiful servi - It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!
