I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

We stayed for a month almost. We had a medical emergency and Marrirose went out of her way to make us feel loved and like family. The staff was amazing. The cleaning staff were pretty wonderful too. I will never stay anywhere else. We found a true gem. Thank you for having us. We look forward to many more stays. -

Beautiful waterfront property with very nice rooms and an excellent staff. The spa was a true delight and the "Kunamokst" Native Indian Mural in the lobby is a unique awe inspiring piece of art! - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel. My great commendat

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.
