  rooms appeared clean and were comfortable. Breakfast was more than I expected and dinners were very good. Loved the gin and tonic drink too! Location was perfect.   My girlfriend and I have been to the Nita Lake Lodge twice this year, once in the winter and once in the summer and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One thing we didn't get a chance to take advantage of on this last trip was the complimentary bike, canoe, or kayak rentals available. The shuttle bus service they offered was amazing and so useful. Thanks so much for that. The room was brilliant, really high quality finish. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It was my girlfriends birthday and they left a card and a treat in the room which was a nice touch.

  The hotel is my favourite in Vancouver so far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and had an open front to the street, the bed was very comfortable the wifi was free and fast, the room was clean and had everything I needed (including an iron). We had a cookie delivered to us with room service turning our bed down in the eve... vad folk säger » ning. We didn't have room service banging on our door at 08:00 and there were no complaints or phone calls when we were late leaving our room. Althoug - The space was luxurious The bed was extremely comfortable The housekeeping was exceptional with little unobtrusive touches When I returned to my room the bed was turned down a couple of cookies were set down on my night table the bedside lamps were turned on and the drapes were closed. It made you feel special, a home away from home

  I love the Sidney Pier.I check in the night before the long flight to Toronto and a hectic week with young grandchildren.I check my frozen halibut at the front desk which goes into the hotel freezer,give them my car keys and leave my car in underground parking for $5 a day,have a special dinner at Haros' or across the street at the Pub.A hot bath,... vad folk säger » a good sleep,a taxi to the airport with frozen fish in hand,and this Nana is ready for almost anything. One more thing.Real creamers in the mini fridg - The first thing that impressed us was the attentive and accommodating staff. Then it was the cleanness if the hallways and rooms. We also thought the design and the colour palettes were pleasing, restful, and reflective of a seashore setting. Finally. We liked the location for its proximity to shops,restaurants, a d walking paths.

  The rooms are a good size and the view towards the mountains is amazing. The beds are comfortable and the balcony off the room is covered to protect from the elements. The hotel is a post and beam design with a decor that feels very "comfortable and welcoming lodge". The dining - Staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful (a little less at the reception during check-in, but it was still OK). Nice food in the restaurant. We stayed just one night, but liked the place, it's a nice hotel and we'd stay there again.

  Outstanding accomdations and fitness center - Proper breakfast. No buffets with lukewarm food. Staff actually appeared interested and were extremely helpful. Quiet and well appointed. ining room staff were exceptional and very personal.

  Totally relaxing holiday plus a lot to see and around the area for all ages .staff is excellent and helpful It was nice to stay and see what we saw on undercover boss Canada will be back with friends soon - Resort felt like you we're at a tropical resort. Loved the vineyards and the quietness of the resort. Also liked the fruit orchards.

  I don't think I didn't like anything. It is a nice place, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We walked around the area abit, would like to have looked more, was very quaint. Would for sure stay there again. I didn't buy any of the items that you sell, but I think that is a good idea, to ... vad folk säger » sell the linen etc. I also didn't get a chance to try the restaurant so I can't comment on that. - Front desk were all friendly and helpful, considerate of our age. Our room was very clean and the appointments fresh and appealing. We liked the little balconu for fresh air and the view was pretty even tho' we were not very high up, our choice. We recommended the hotel to afriend who is going to stay there next week.

  The room we had booked was a studio loft with a kitchen, the room they checked us into at the Lizard Creek Lodge was in building 2, and it had 2 bedrooms a full living room, and a full equipped kitchen. Oh, and a jacuzzi! I am not sure if this was because the hotel was busy, or it was a mistake, but we certainly were not disappointed.
