  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! The breakfast is an open buffet, delicious and with lots of choice! 2 restaurants in the hotel, very... vad folk säger » good, with good gastronomy. Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  indoor parking was ideal - The front desk and lounge staff were awesome and the rooms were quite comfortable!

  We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. It had tennis courts , basketball nets, a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdo... vad folk säger » or hot tub. We found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful and customer service oriented and this makes for happy customers. Good job everyone. - It was close to the town but was quiet and peaceful although there were plenty of amenities if you wanted to make use of them. It would be a great place for families and was comfortable and clean. The staff were great and really helpful we were missing out tv remote and a member of staff brought one straight away when we called the reception. Breakfast was tasty and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

  Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite! Bravo to the friendly housekeepers, always courteous and smiling! - We appre... vad folk säger » ciated the cheerful, welcoming staff; the clean, comfortable room and last but not least - the wonderful breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were amazing! Although we did not use the fitness facilities we did check them out and were very impressed. Will definitely make time to use them next visit.

  Liked the price, the room was excellent. It had everything we could have ever possibly needed and the bed was so comfortable. We had the best sleep we've had in a very long time! Loved it there! - The location was very good and accessible for what we wanted while there. Very clean and very courteous

  Loved the high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was fantastic. The bath products smelled so good. Staff was very helpful (especially when I had troubles with using the room key and when I phoned requesting for another blanket and a feminine product). - We had another great stay here. The valet parking makes so much sense here,... vad folk säger » many other hotels I could take it or leave it but here I'll take it. The rooms are of modern design and a cut above what you would expect from a downtown hotel. Definitely worth trying.
