  The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. I like the extra emenities - ie: popcorn for late-night snack, plus fresh fruit, juice/water, & ... vad folk säger » cookes available in the front entrance. The breakfast was fantastic - large selection of hot & cold items. The free shuttle was an added bonus - - Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. Good cook

  The location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, there was a DVD player in our room, the kitchenette was well furnished. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. - Everything was great.   This hotel was so wonderful to go to after being in hotels in Europe for 3 weeks! The size of our room was wonderful!!!! The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was well stocked with everything we needed. Ex. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company. Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Shuttle service was excellent.   The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous.   The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent! Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel! - This hotel is obviously catering to business clients and was perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Recommended.

  Free Shuttle service to Airport Being dealt by first come first served. The phone rang whilst I was at the desk where the phoning customer was placed on hold, whilst I was being served. I hate being queue jumped by a telephone call!!

  Clean, big rooms. I booked an Executive King room (and paid more) specifically because letsbookhotel.com's website indicated it had a hot tub. Turned out the hot tub was by the pool, and available to all hotel patrons. The front desk staff graciously upgraded my room in a matter of minutes to a jacuzzi suite, which was awesome. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to others. - It was quiet and close enough to Edmonton that we could travel back and forth easily. The rooms were very clean, roomy and well laid out. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but useable. I like the modern look of the hotel. The pool was great, the childern loved it. I liked how the exercise area looked into the pool area through glass, instead of a blank wall like most of them do. It was sad that the hot tub was not working

  The beds are the best of any hotel I have ever stayed in. In room dining is always great. The staff customer service is excellent! - Excellent Service, Great Food, Friendly Staff, Clean Beds. Everything was above and beyond my expectations!
