  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   Loved the setting within the mountains.   From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay!   Your hotel came highly recommended by a friend who was married there in sept of last year.We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back. The price of the room made it much easier for us to enjoy our weekend getaway and all the staff were so friendly. A choice of three restaurants, with an indoor courtyard and a very interesting fireplace in the middle. We used the laundry facilities, but did not get around to the spa - there were no prices for the spa in the information in the room. Last day on checkout there were two Elk across the street!

  It was very nice, the staff were excellent - The spa/pool area is an ideal place to ease the aches from a day on the slopes. Also the Keg restaurant does good steaks and is a popular place to eat.
